The makers of the excellent IBP software have just announced a short (five sections) course via email to show users how to get the best out of their free SEO and submission software suite. I've used IBP for several years and it is an excellent tool to have on your computer, providing a host of useful information and making submissions to search engines and directories a much easier task as well as making site optimization far easier.
