After singing the praises of this company and hosting with them since the beginning of 2010, things suddenly went very sour.
One evening about three weeks ago all our sites went down, as far as we can tell, due to a full partition on the shared server which caused all database driven applications to fall over.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the company through every means imaginable they failed to respond to even one query and at the time of writing have still not done so.
For whatever reason MK Hosting USA appears to be dead in the water and if you are able to secure backups of data you would be wise to do so.
As a result of their epic failure we relocated to a VPS with Knownhost and to date the MK Hosting website still appears to be borked with no membership area access and no billing or support functions.

I can see a lot of webmasters being very unhappy, as we were. Fortunately we recovered our site data but obviously lost all autoresponder services as a result of the move.
We recommend you stay away from this company, if indeed they are still around in a month’s time.
