The CaymanHost Web Hosting Directory

Unfortunately our site was recently the target of a horrendous DDOS attack which took us offline for several days. We are still working with our host on the issue but for now the site is functioning once again.

Last week we were targeted with thousands of queries per second that brought the server to its knees and caused massive problems. These attacks came from hundreds of different IP’s and there seemed to be nothing that could stop them. Why we were targeted is a mystery as these kinds of attacks are normally aimed at very high profile and high traffic sites but attacked we were and it has caused many days of hair pulling and grinding of teeth.

We are slowly putting the site back to normal but if you do notice any missing features or strange behavior over the next few days please bear with us while we attempt to return to normal service.

I apologize to readers and visitors who were unable to access the site recently but it was a situation beyond our control.
